Here at Pour It Up we have tailored bar service packages to meet everyone needs. With all our bartending packages we always try to go above and beyond by serving and clearing tables when time permits. Some clients have their own bar set ups. If you need a bar set up, please let us know. Please let us know if you plan to do open bar or paid bar (we can accommodate both). All packages do not include the actual purchase of the alcohol. Would you like a server to serve tables? We also can provide servers. Is your event at a public venue? If so you will need a Special Event Permit we can guide you through this process.
Just bartenders/Servers, I want to take care of everything else
With our basic bar packages we charge an hourly rate per bartender. Please be advised that set up and take down is billable and the time it takes us depends on the venue but will be no more than 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for take down. Hourly packages have a 4 hour minimum.
We will bring the bartenders and basic bar supplies for each event and we will provide you a list of what you will need to supply. You may also choose 3 specialty cocktails from our cocktail list.

Bar Mats, Shaker Cups, Ice bins and scoop (no ice), Bottle Opener, Corkscrew, pour spouts for liquor, muddler, cutting board and knife, Bar Mixing spoons, Bar rags, Hot Sauce, Worcestershire, Lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, Grenadine, Mio Sport to flavor drinks, Spray cleaner, Water Jugs, Bus Bins, containers for limes, and garnishes you may have.

Recommended Bartenders based on guest count. Please note these are just recommendations you are free to book as many bartenders as you think you would need. All our bartenders are well qualified to work independently.

I don’t want to worry about buying bar supplies
We will bring everything the basic package includes plus all the extras that you shouldn’t have to worry about on your event day. We have done so many events that we know that most people do not want to worry about getting things like cups and ice before their event. Pricing is for 8 hours with 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for take down. So 6 hours of bar service and 2 hours of set up. Additional hours can be discussed at the event
Basic bar supplies:
Bar Mats, Shaker Cups, Ice bins and scoop (no ice), Bottle Opener, Corkscrew, pour spouts for liquor, muddler, cutting board and knife, Bar Mixing spoons, Bar rags, Caesar Rim, Hot Sauce, Tabasco, Worcestershire, Bitters, Lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, Grenadine, Mio Sport to flavor drinks, Spray cleaner, Water Jugs, Bus Bins, containers for limes, and garnishes you may have. We will cut your garnishes for you prior to the event.
The Extras:
Ice, Plastic Cups, plastic shot glasses, coolers for Ice and canned drinks (depending on the size of event we may require a deep freeze or freezer to keep ice frozen during the event). Mixes and pop (Coke, Sprite, Soda Water, Ginger ale, Tonic) (Cranberry, Pineapple, Orange). Lemons, limes. Straws, Napkins. All the packages below can be adjusted if needed just send me a message and we can discuss your needs.
Package 1 - Includes 1 bartender ($795.00*) - for up to 20 guests.
Package 2 - Includes 1 bartender ($995.00*) – for 20 to 40 Guests.
Package 3 - Includes 1 bartender ($1195.00*) – for 40 to 70 Guests.
Package 4 - Includes 1 bartender ($1495.00*) - 70 to 90 guests.
Package 5 Includes 2 bartenders($1695.00*) – 90 to 120 Guests
Package 6 - Includes 2 bartenders ($1995.00*) - 120 to 150 Guests.
Package 7 - Includes 3 bartenders and up to 2 bar stations ($2195.00*) - 140 to 170 Guests
Package 8 - Includes 3 bartenders and up to 2 bar stations ($2595.00*) - 170 to 200 Guests.

I do not want to even think about the bar service
In some instances, we can offer liquor purchase for your event. Cost will be based on the liquor price. Please contact us to discuss further
Would you like us to set up self serve non alcoholic beverages? We can prepare and set up hydrations stations for your guests to help them selves. We can provide the tables, Beverage Dispenser and cups.
Choose as many or as little as you would like;
Just Plain Ice water.
Infused Water with fresh seasonal fruit that you choose (Lemons, limes, fresh fruits or melons, cucumber)
Non alcoholic Punch (Bartender specialty (surprise), lemonade, iced tea, can accommodate most favourites. Price based on cost of supplies used
